SELECT Shipping And Handling Method Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order. P&P costs to the UK vary between £1.99 and £4.99. Very heavy items may cost little extra . You will be given the cost of P&P before you have to complete your order form. Call us if you need any advice on optimising the weight of heavier orders.

We use 1st Class post (Royal Mail) for most deliveries. Under normal market conditions, delivery takes about 2 - 10 working days - most of our parcels are received within 2 - 3 working days.

Depending on location we send by Airmail. This is normally either Airsure or International Recorded Delivery which is a Royal Mail service. For details on this service, please visit www.royalmail.com. Airmail can take up to 4 weeks for delivery.

We do not accept responsibilty for loss or damage to international packages. However, we will endeavour to track it and offer compensation based on what we can claim through your chosen delivery service. This can take a number of weeks, even months to settle. This is on a good will basis only and not guaranteed. Airsure provide an easier tracking service and tends to be faster to resolve.

We cannot accept responsibility for breakages of glass items on overseas deliveries. Please contact us for help in selecting products that do not come packaged in glass - as they are both lighter and safer to ship long distances.
Delivery Schedule We aim to ship out all in-stock items within 24 hours. Orders placed between Friday Afternoon and Sunday will be shipped on the following Monday. All orders placed over public holidays will be shipped out on the next available working day.

If you supply a valid email address at point-of-sale, we will email you with a tracking code to allow you to confirm that the order has been dispatched.

UK Orders - if your order isn't with you by 2 weeks & 1 day AFTER it's been dispatched please email us.
International Orders - if your order isn't with you by 4 weeks AFTER it's been dispatched please email us.

Back Orders In the unlikely event that your item is not in stock or not due in stock within 5 working days of receiving your order , we will back order for you. You will be emailed or phoned with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges VAT (EU Sales Tax) is payable on UK orders you will be charged at the UK rate of 17.5%.

Except for the above case, all orders are sent tax exempt. Please note you may be required to pay your own local taxes upon import to your own country.
