How to use it?

As a food supplement to maintain a healthy diet - 1 capsule per day.
For health support e.g. mental, cardiac and joint health - 2 capsules per day.
Some users, under advice from their nutritionist, may opt to take up to 4 capsules per day.
If taking doses above 4 capsules per day, please do this under a physician’s care.
